onzaskull
I seem to land VERY hard when i gap and seem to get alot of pinches when trying to go big. Ive tried pumping my tyres up but i cant get near the distance i was doing when they were down a little, as i like my rear tyre bouncy . Any advice?thanks
rupintart
You're not absorbing enough with your legs when you land. Riding with higher pressure does two things for you though, obviously it decreases pinches, but it also forces you to be smoother in that you're not relying on your tires to assist. That's why you notice your gaps are significantly smaller with higher pressure, the tire is doing more for you than technique. Run it high for a bit and learn to absorb more with your legs. Try to land fully extended so you have room to absorb....then lower pressure in a couple weeks.
