alistair14
Just had a trapse around the OLLDD bike pics, back from 2006 and found this zoo with an Echo free hub? Where they any good? I heard the Zoo! ones where lethal as f**k and always skipped, where these any good? Just an odd Q! haha Edited December 8, 2011 by alistair14

J Trials 31
I'd heard they were terrible and such but I ran one for a year without problems, guess if just depends if you luck upon a good one or not.
WIGAN ??
depends on your usage of the thing and how hard you ride like all parts but if you want something strong and long lasting then no haha
J Trials 31
I'm sure that's true, I'm no Neil T or anything, but I never had it skip on me or anything
aener
I never had one either, but from what I heard the ratchet track was glued/bonded in to the shell. Don't know who came up with that idea but it's pure idiocy! Was never going to work.
Ali C
they were screwed in as normal, but the tolerances were not amazing and when the spokes were tightened it stretched the flange (like all hubs) which loosened the fit of the ratchet and sometimes allowed them to strip.
