Slow Motion

If you really want to do good slow motion you need to use a higher/slower frame rate on your camera.

Then you play it back at the normal frame rate and it comes out slow.

There's a technique in premiere to fill in gaps between frames but I've not tried it out. Also it's premiere.

Twixtor does the same thing. Like revolver said though you'd be better off filming with a higher frame rate as motion estimation stuff isn't amazing and will get worse with the more new frames added.

As above - if your camera is a reasonably standard one, the best you can do is Twixtor. If you've got an expensive camera with the capability to do so, you'll want to up the frame rate. (250fps will give a much smoother slow motion than 50fps. It takes five pictures in the time it would normally take one.)
