If the Echo ones you mean are the ones I gave you, then they are indeed standard IS spacing, so if you have a post mount brake then you just need an IS to Post Mount adaptor. The mount on those forks is for a 160mm disk, so I think the smallest disk you'll be able to run with an adaptor is 180mm but that's a great size for the front anyway EDIT: That's assuming the adaptor adds to the size, but I've never needed to go IS -> PM before so I wouldn't know.
