Little Yoshi
Looking for a new back tyre and have a choice between a maxxis Swampthing and the High roller. Anyone have any experance with these tyres?
Laurence--Trials
Had a little experience with a 50% highR' Seemed okay, fairly grippy and heavy. My big betty seems better though, however i know you dont want to go light on a rear tyre.

Laurence--Trials
I'm not sure, try google shopping maybe? Or chain reaction cycles? They're 880g, and not fantastic puncture resistance atall as appose to the 1.2kg maxxis tyres. Matt Vandart
Schwalbe Fat albert or Swamp thing. Swamp thing is not awefull it is really good, grippy, bouncy larverly. Greetings
Is it just me or do the High Rollers (especially dual ply in 42a) feel like they have absolutely no bounce at all? However, the dual ply HR rolls considerably less than the Schwalbe Big Betty which should be a big point in its favour bearing in mind that you want to use it for natural riding. It's also a lot more grippy. If weight was no obstacle, I'd personally go for the HR. Edited October 31, 2011 by Greetings

Andeee
Have a look on chain reaction. There is other well known tyres brands out there. Id recommend a nice nobbly downhill tyre. Kenda? Maxxis? Dmr motodigger? Michelin? Schwalbe?
