dannytrialskid
Hi, Braided hose came out for some reason today and can't get it back in. Can you please help? - I've done it so the end isn't frayed and it still wont go in. I presume that's what I've got to do?
monkeyseemonkeydo
Looks kinda stripped. The bit on the end of the hose should screw on to the fatter section next to the slave but that thread looks a bit dodgy in that pic. dannytrialskid
Nah, it does work. The arrow on the right, is what I need to happen. The hose wont go into the bolt that I'm holding. Then I can tighten the bolt onto the barb, and it would work. The hose just wont go into that stupid bolt -.-My bad, arrow on the right not the left. :/ Edited October 29, 2011 by dannytrialskid

Braiding often loosens a bit at the end increasing the diameter and stopping it from passing through the fitting. Maybe try wrapping a bit of selotape round the tip of the hose so that it's easier to slide the fitting over the end of the hose?
