Joshm1991
Hey guys Heres another daft question for all you in the know!! Is it possible to run a front freewheel AND a freehub on the rear?? I know its a daft question but it's been rattling around in my head for a few weeks and I can't see why it wouldnt be possible!! It would be a bit daft to do and probably cost a fair bit, but money no object, would it work?? Not saying i'm going to do it just wondering thats all!! Thanks Joosh
Luke Rainbird
Yes. It's possible. Don't actually need to fix the rear hub, but if you don't there'll be a load of extra slack in there.
monkeyseemonkeydo
It would function but wouldn't work well. Rather than just the slack in one system, you would be taking up the slack in two systems before engaging, making it kind of pointless. hazza2805
I'm currently doing this with the freehub fixed in position http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/169483-turn-bodge-a-freehub-into-a-fixed-hub/
