murph82
trying to find wheels for my new 24. Hopes are a little over my budget secondhand. Got about a hundred or to spend on a rear or a set which I'd prefer to keep the bike looking good. Anyone used halo's?
wilf
I have a set of Halo 26's on my dirt jump bike, they are really good except there very very heavy, my rear is 1.8kg along witout a tyre and tube, i wouldn't have then if they didnt come on my bike, and i would have changed them if they weren't Purple apart from that they are pretty good

Scott Gibbs
rim hub or both? just bought a pro 2 on halo rim :> Depends which halo you are on about. The combat is verrry heavy, the SAS is a bit lighter than the combat but the tornado is a fair chunk lighter than both.

Run front and rear on Pro2s 36h with Sapims. Appears to be good after half a year or more for the back i guess. Some dents on the front but no flat spots which i'm generally good at Halo spokes are good for the money so i don't see why the wheelset wouldn't be rubbish, unless the hubs are of course. Revolver
Halo hubs aren't for trials. I hope when you say hope pro 2 you mean a pro 2 trials!
