howard-moon
Collection of images I've taken over the last year. A few different riders, Danny Garland, Luke Cockshott, Aaron Browne and Damon Watson, with a mix of locations mainly in Yorkshire area. If you like the images head over to www.benbrownphoto.com to see more... Thanks Edited October 19, 2011 by howard-moon
Mark W
Some of them are pretty sweet, but I found the watermark kinda ruined them a bit for me. I'm not really that keen on watermarks anyway, but that's possibly one of the most distracting ones I've seen. Maybe just simplifying it to the URL or something would be better? I've been a photographer for years and in that time I've had a lot of my images stolen. I know the water mark is a little distracting, but it's the only way I can be sure people aren't going to take them. Thanks though! To see them without the water mark, head to www.benbrownphoto.com Edited October 19, 2011 by howard-moon
Mark W
I've seen plenty of effective watermarks over the years though, it's just that I haven't seen any which introduce a large red block over that much of an image in that way. That's why I was suggesting just using a tweaked version. Even a tweak on the saturation/opacity of it would make a big difference to how much they impact on the way you read the image. Miss-Higgy
something i know very little about, but i agree with mark on the distraction is it not possible just to drop the opacity on the water mark and it would be less distracting??? Phatmike
That aside - cool pics. The fisheye shot from underneath is pretty rockin'! A lot of them could be tighter; don't be a afraid to really fill every last inch of the frame
CalopS
I still really love the sequence shot of Luke and the hop off in Millenium Square by danny. Would quite like those in poster form!
F-Stop Junkie
I agree with Mark, some of them are pretty good... But can you please turn the off-camera flash down a third of a stop or so? You've got triggers, we get it. The fact I'm looking at them going "That's off-camera flash" rather than getting involved in the photo shows it's too hot. Also the washed out fad ended about two years ago. Don't be afraid of colour. It's fun.
Joe Papasnap Maher
Most inefective watermark ever?? 75% of them could be cropped diffrently to get rid of the watermark and still have a reasonable picture lol. Other than that, nice pics. Prefer the portrait shot of the rider sitting down to the riding pics though :$

TrialsMan Dan
Saw some of these photos in Digital Camera magazine, to do with trying off-camera flash. Nice work though I do agree about the watermark being distracting.
Marcus.ss
Nice shots, i come to realise that fisheyes are popular when it comes to trials photography. Im using a 1-24mm wide angle and am looking for a ride to shoot.
