BradJohnson
Just stumbled across this on the internet, thought it may be some use to anyone looking for a new brake. Maybe a repost, sorry if it is.
Krisboats
Pretty much echoes what i said here, though it's nice to see just how close the midrange brakes are in terms of performance. Where abouts did you find this? If you're wanting uncompromising stopping power though, this will beat any avid, hayes, hope (so long as it's not a mono trial) on power. Saint + Trial = WIN Is there a lot of difference in the mono and mono trial. Might be getting a deal on some, any good for a 24!?
ZeroMatt
Pretty much echoes what i said here, though it's nice to see just how close the midrange brakes are in terms of performance. Where abouts did you find this? It's from a disc brake buyers guide that was in What Mountain Bike 106(10/2/2010). Can see the raw numbers for 2011/12 models here, an interactive graph would be more helpful mind. If you go through the individual reviews (eg. xt) on the site you can figure out what is going on with the clusterf**k of midrange stuff overlapping.
