Greetings
Are the pads hitting square on the rim, is the brake properly bled?

Revolver
Did you grind with the tyre on? Have you given it time to bed in?
cunny12345
nah the tyre was off, what do you recon i should let it bed in abit?
Jake.
Yeah let it bed in a bit, my cousts didn't hold or bite for the first few hours I had them. Then they gradually got better.
Ali C
its always best to grind with the tyre on, if you take it off, you'll cover your rim in tyre gunk and ruin the grind.

WIGAN ??
try using the tarty guide about grinding also keep the tyre on like ali said, what rim are you using because some rims have a slight angle on them you can barely even see it by eye but it just means your pads take a little longer to bed in squarely to the rim, other than that i really don't know if you say its all bled and set up right
