Luke Rainbird
Right chaps, let's hook a brother up. For those of you that don't know, MrMonkey (now MonsieurMonkey) was a regular on here way back when, around the time that 75% of the forum were still crapping their pants and all that jazz. He's looking at getting back into it with a 24" rig, but with the distinct lack of them about at the mo it's not looking easy so we're aiming to build a 24" bicycle of sorts to get the dude rolling asap. Parts can either be donated with intent to return when possible, or if you're feeling a little flush/parts are small feel free to donate on a permanent basis! Fill the gaps, standard procedure! Frame: Fork: Rainbird - Pashleys Headset: Bar/Stem: Skoze Wheels: Skoze - Hope/Rhyno Lites Tyres: Seating: Cranks/ring: Rainbird - Echo/Trialtech 18t BB: Pedals: Brakes (optional...): That's the majority or stuff, bits like chains etc he can hook himself up with I'm sure Let's get this dude back on a bike folks!

Ali C
I have a couple of 24" tyres you can have (both Tioga, nothing amazing but they are round, made of rubber and can hold an innertube in place. I also have an Echo TR isis 128mm bb, a railed or pivotal seat, some old Atomlab pedals and a bb7 caliper, all of which you can have and I do not expect money or them to be returned. Let me know if you want them and I'll get them posted.

MonsieurMonkey
Thought I might as well put this in here, I'm looking at new frames, seeing as I can't find anyone anywhere. There seem to be a lot of frames with incredibly similar geo (Like a few mm difference) how big of a deal is that gonna be? Like let's compare the Fourplay to it's current (Cheaper) rivals on tarty, the Czar, Adamant and Because. How wrong would I be going with any of those? Or would I be pretty good with any? Luke Rainbird
In terms of riding, they won't feel much different if it's within 5mm here or there. Build quality/frame features will be the places you may or may not notice things. Might be worth giving Tarty a call and having a chat with one of the lads as they've put a few together and Adam had/has a Because too, so they'll be able to give the lowdown If you get that sorted let us know and we'll get this ball rolling in your direction dude
