DeVal
question 1. which hub do you have? may be just need to tighten the seals on the hub a little before tightening the axle bolts. but this may not be the case depending which hub you have. a link to a picture of the hub would also be handy

DeVal
well all i can do then is make a suggestion. take the back wheel off and look at the end of the axle. the peice that is usually round with gripy grooves on (which makes contact with the inside of the frame when you tighten the axle bolts) may turn if the hub uses open bearings. make sure this is tight on both sides, then re fit the wheel and tighten the axle bolts. check to see if the problem is fixed, if it is not fixed i can think of two other options, 1)you have damaged or missing bearings 2)the hub axle is broken(snapped) and that is why the wheel twists side to side - i expect you would have noticed this though if you have had the wheel off. it may be non of these things but without more info i cant help you any more. http://www.rocknrollbikes.com/trials/hubs/onza-rear-open-bearing-hub-32-hole.html click on the pic on that page to enlarge and you will see what i meant the silver nuts on the axle are locking nuts, behind them is another piece which can be screwed along the axle towards the bearings. these hold the bearings in. tighten them BUT NOT OVERLY TIGHT or you'll just lock up the bearings. then bring the lock nuts up to them to lock them in position. then re fit the wheel! DeVal
no idea about new bearings. if it is an open bearing hub the bearings are individual and will need to bought that way. if its a sealed bearing hub you will need a cartridge bearing.
