Revolver
Out of stock, apparently. You could improvise though.

Mark W
Much like you can't be arsed to make them, I'm guessing they can't any more...

mrlynch
Noobish question here, what did they do?
Revolver
Instead of a chain tug you can figure out how far back the wheel needs to be from the beginning of the dropout and cram something in there. So these fit over your axle and go in that space.

Mark W
...but for serious, I just think they weren't really that popular. They're a semi good idea, but they're not really gimmicky enough to get people wanting them unfortunately. It's pretty easy to make something yourself though - Stan had some 'axle blocks' made for his Sky frame before, and I'm currently using some cut-off Pro 2 disc mounts in my Inspired dropouts. Anything'll do, really!
Matt Vandart
Ah good idea. We used to use ball bearings when we wus kiddies, they kept falling out eventually.
Rich J
I used to use a small nut (from a bolt opposed to peanut), worked well.
