Too Raging To Cheeers

I didn't mean for it to take itself so seriously - couldn't find a song to use, so I picked one from an album I hadn't listened to by a band I had listened to, based solely on it's length.

Already spent a lot of time on the edit before I realized it went big and distorted.

But never mind:

Mr. Clarkson - if you watch this and feel offended that I ignored your advice - I haven't ignored it, I'm just too damn scared of it :P

How the hell you do all those moves is just beyond me. Literally. I can't remember the last time a video made me WTF out loud so many times.

Out of interest, are you by any chance a bmx rider? Your riding does have a somewhat bmx'y feel to it but that could just be the loud freewheel and no brakes.

I was actually :o when you did that sidehop in Bristol! You sure do have some great control, the lines are not small either, very impressed!

I am going to be a bum now, I think you should work through the fear factor when it comes to my advice, perhaps try tilting the bars back a little, that usually helps? Bunnyhopping into stuff is the only improvement I think your riding could do with, it kinda looks weird pedal hopping into spins and across gaps.

But yeah, seriously impressive!

I already knew you were sick before Bristol and this video, but you're seriously one of my favourite riders right now. This edit was great too, and you sure shouldn't apologise about the song - I think it worked great.

Ali is definitely right, although I didn't think it before I saw his comment here..

I wrote that kind of badly. What I meant to say was more along the lines of "I'm too scared at the moment, but it's going to become my next mid/long-term project.

I can feel so much potential in hooks, but I ploughed in to the side of one shortly after first trying, and now I'm terrified.

I WILL do it though.

Also thought the same for quite some time now - especially concerning spins. Just so far over the front - but I'd rather spin like a douche and still be able to gap/sidehop etc.

That's some v.special riding you've got there, chap. 3-4 moves in particular really stood out. Liked your music choice as well

I think Ali is right though, bunnyhops will open up your riding even more given what you're already achieving from pedal hops...

I do wish some of your filming was a bit better though. I appreciate this isn't always possible - I'm often unhappy with a lot of my filming especially of myself - but your riding is so good it would be all the more meaningful to have an array of shots like someone following you with the camera, panning, etc. Or a bit more thought placed into what angle shows the riding in the best light. I only say this because your riding is so good and it really deserves to be shown as best as possible. I also know you're a creative type so I'm sure you can do something good if you tried.

I look forward to more though! (Y)
