sayshell Posted August 29, 2011 Report Share Posted August 29, 2011 don't do that its incredibly dangerous. Invest in a good set of handlebars such as trialtech sport bars. They are a good price and quality build. If you bend a bar back it will be significantly weaker and snap on you. A snapping bar means your chest smashes your stem super hard and results in broken ribs and serious injuries. Unless you are pulling up when it snaps then you are ok.
