New Cranks

I'am currently installing my new cranks (try-all) onto a new Fsa bottom bracket (I think), the sprocket side went on nice, all the way up against the spacer, the opposite side went most of the way on and then seemed to go tight, i can't get it to tighten any more, it's about one mil off the spacer, so the spacer moves back and for slightly??

Is this ok? Has anyone else seen this???

I dont think it would be the bolt bottoming out as the spindle is one long tube ( well at least my one is TrialTech sport lite). ride it to loosen it with the bolt done up tight then try again later on or maybe hit it on with a copper mallet forcing it down?

Other than that i dont know sorry.
