alex-trials-boy
Hey guys our local village hall has applied for a £1000 grant, if we are luckly enough to get the money all of it will be spent on a trials park I think that it'll be a good idea to buy a very cheap (£0-300) car. Anyone got any ideas what will be a good car to ride on? and cheap as chips ive been looking on autotrader, gumtree, piston heads etc but the cars ive found are like pug 206 etc no boot to ride on thanks. dann2707
You're wanting to spend a third of the money on a car to ride on... That's very silly.

And we should be able to get tyres, pallets and cotton wreels all for free, plus the guy who's helping us with everything is a garden designer and said he'll help us build a few bits and bobs that wont actually cost much, sooo to be fair we'll have a fair bit of money left. MonsieurMonkey
Get yourself down to a scrap yard and see what you can find there?

MonsieurMonkey
Just remember if it doesn't run you'll have to pay to transport the car. So that could add to the cost depending how far you have to move it.

J.KYDD
Dont get a car. If metal is anything other than bone dry its like ice to ride on. As previously said, if there is that sorta cash going into this thing, sort out some concrete pipes and some decent logs etc. Far better, more versatile, with some chicken wire wood is alrite in the wet
