Blake
As the title says, are there any squaring problems with echo TR clamps as they're washerless? such as wheel being in wonky? and what are the solutions? Thanks!!
ross87
First of all if your wheel is in wonly then try to set it up as straight as you can. Second you may need to file/face you brake mounts. This video will help you alot. It helped me. Hope this helps.
Greetings
As above, face your brake mounts. If you're running a rim which doesn't have paralell sidewalls like TryAll or Trialtech, you'll need to wait till the pads wear down at an angle. This is best done with a harsh rim grind, but with a hard pad compound it can take quite a while for the pads to adjust. Either way, the TR system is the future. Results in a much stiffer brake lever.
