eskimo
When we were younger we used to raid the shoe bank. Friend always got lucky in finding a decent pair skate shoes some mum chucked out cause the kid clearly was too cool for skating or whatever. Yeah you could say that would be robbing from a charity, but whatever i always put money in the pots when i have change and i was young. Hate me cause i have no regrets, it was fun. When i used to work at a motorway services i rode back with a bin liner full of crisps and fantas for miles. I ended up giving it all away in the end as there was too much. Would probably rob supermarkets 'waste' if i didn't live at home too, to try it out. People who don't agree need to pull their heads out their asses. Danny
When I worked at the coop some law changed that said we had to put all out of date meat in a separate freezer for separate disposal. Something about bin raiders poisoning themselves. Stupid because most of it was perfect.
Mark W
When I used to ride Southbank, the Eat place around the corner used to have binliners full of sandwiches, baguettes and salads they were throwing away. Mostly they'd leave it in a place where all the homeless guys from near Waterloo station could get it, but a lot of the time there'd be plenty there so we could grab a couple. Did get 3 massive bin-bags full of Krispy Kreme donuts from Waterloo station once too. We pounded through quite a few but ended up giving a load away. Probably gave a bunch of homeless dudes insta-diabetes, but hey ho... The Tesco between work and my house usually has a pretty awesome array of reduced goods when I head past it so I usually go there most nights and see what's what.
I got a brand new Mountain biking magazine from a cost-cutter bin just last week, it was this months issue too , the only problem was that the free chain lock freebie wasn't in there But I did have a good read

My nearest Tesco always has Sunny D in the reduced fridge bit, winning.
