Close Please - Apology To Highland Bikes

hey, i just want to say sorry to highland bikes for some posts i made on here about them back in september.

I dont know what i was thinking and i was just frustrated because my bike kept breaking that day and i thought it was their fault, which it wasnt.

So you know, highland are a good bike shop, and always get the job done well and asap. (like the time before the competition when they got my bike fixed the day i put it in, even though they were really busy and went out of their way but had their own bikes to get sorted.)

So if your ever in inverness, dont think highland are a bad shop because their not, they are probably the best place to go to for fixing your bike :)

Sorry guys.

from my experience, you were probably right in the original post you are now apologising for. Never had a good experience dealing with them, they seem to offer bad advice and talk down to other shops (Ride-On in Lancs is amazing however).

Yeah I agree, when I asked one of the guys about a certain product he seemed more interested in selling me one of the new onzas.

This is possibly the most homo thread i've read on Trials Forum this year.

I was just about to post a thread apologising deeply to "Inspired" because the other day I told my mate I don't like them. Sorry Inspired :(. Your bikes are lovely really and I take back everything I said. So yeah, if you ever want a street bike go to inspired, THEIR great.

i know, but i had no choice really :/ if my bike breaks im going to need to go to a bike shop to get it fixed and they are the only ones who do trials bikes.

Your telling me they will refuse you service because of something you wrote of TF?

And learn to fix it yourself in the future it will save you money! Bikes arent too complicated!

If they have banned you from the shop because you raised an issue, on a forum, don't go back. You don't need to go to Highland just because they sell trials bikes. All bikes are the same really so any shop will be able to service/fix your bike whether they sell trials or don't.

All your doing here is reminding people what you said and given everyone else the chance to say how rubbish they are too............ (Y)

I know, i just noticed

learn to do it yourself, trials bikes aren't exactly complicated, spend the money you normally spend in labour to buy some tools.

Well i guess i have no choice now haha, i know most of the stuff, but usually ill try to fix it and break it even more.
