RossMcd
Heyy! Well... I have been running heatsink yellows for the past three years... And because im no longer sponsored by heatsink,I dont know whether just to stick to the heatsink yellows are try out something new. Im looking at either the TNN Belaey pads, LGM, or Rockman blue refills. If anyone could enlighten me and give me a reason to justify their decision I would be highly appreciative. Thanks

Thanks I used to run LGM's and they were fantastic!! As time progressed i got a new bike and then tried the belaeys and they are uber good. On a med-harsh grind they are better than the HS yellows, LGM, rock blues, koxx brown and obv maggie black and brown pads. They work very well in the wet with a grind, and have a good ware life. The 30• slopes on the side also allow more power to be given and also reduces rounding the pad of at the edges. Super stiff in the cnc backs give a nice feel through the leaver. I would highly recomend either the LGM or belaey pads (more so the belaey's) and obv you can eventually buy refills.
Canardweb
I wouldn't recommend the LGM as they tend to slip when you miss a move and that you are on the edge of what you want to go up on. The Belaeys work a treat but eat the grind really fast. I would highly recommend Coust pads in Heatsink backings, COust pads or Rockman blues. Nothing else! DeVal
funny you should say that about lgms. i run them and they are fantastic on a light - med grind but i do get that slip if i dont quite make something, but if thats the case im usually bailing backwards anyway so brakes dont realy matter lol

gary-mac
Ross if you fancy trying another pad try tnn kenny b's or phat pads. The kennys with a fresh grind really are seriously good, bite and hold wet or dry but they do wear a grind down quick! One thing i will say is in the winter time when in the 0 temps they don't work at all. Am using my phatpads ATM just to try out again and they're also very impressive in wet or dry but don't match the heatsink yellows for all round braking IMO.
