Rear Disc, Caliper Alignment.

Problem with a hope is that I cant set each pad distance.

You can to a point....

Get someone to gently pull the brake on till the pads are both touching the disk, then using you fingers flex the disk over in the direction you want the pads to go; it shouldnt pump any fluid back up to the resevoir, just redistribute it in the circuit around the caliper. When you let go of the lever both pads should retract evenly, unless some external force moves the pads they should retain the pad/disc gap, if it does change and start rubbing again its not a massive ball ache to reposition the pads :)

Off topics fine :P Sounds like you've got a solid rig. Ever heard of "lapping" your processor and heatsink? Should shave between 5-10c off both idle and load temps.

In regards to my problem, am I right in saying all I need to do is space it with a snail cam?

some aren't very positive about lapping
