Dan_Trials
Does any one know what Shetland is like for trials? I'm off to work there on monday for 5-6 weeks and I'd like to take my bike. The freewheel is playing up so any big kicks are out of the question. I'd like to know if the place is good for easy hoppy about stuff. Don't want to take the bike and find it's all massive stuff I can't ride. (not that I can ride massive anyway!)

AndrewEH1
If it's anything like Orkney there might be a lot of random natty stuff in fields and on the coast, the odd quarry (ask the locals), and there might be a few spots in Lerwick. If you can easily take your bike, take it and have a look about.
