Thanks for starting the individual topic for me Tom! Ill edit it in to more of a progress build now, Thanks again!

So this started back when i used to ride quite a lot at porc before i moved onto trials, I rode a lot of 4X mainly because i could not afford to ride anything else. That is where i first caught a eye full of one of these, I wanted one, i would have done anything to get one but at the time it just was not possible at all.

however at earlier this year after browsing through some sites i found one for sale, after a little bit of "look how nice this is" and some further "i wish" i came to the realisation that it wasnt the best move for me to buy it! Then a week later my mother presented me with a box which contained this...

Well done mum!

i wasnt expecting this at all so i had no parts on the way for it so i had to dig out what i did have and order what i didnt.

Out of the parts i did have was a Boxxer Frankenfork Combo. I was set on some dorados but nothing which suited my needs came up, plus i have worked with these before and know them well. These are going to have the TF tuning mod done to these but not by TF tuning to save some money! This is still yet to be done. I also changed the drop crown for the Flats but am considering going back to the drop.

The above combined with a set of mank old bars and stem was all i had. So i had to get buying!

Many of the parts i bought new or sourced off of friends but the odd part here and there was bought as a spares or repairs item and then fixed, i will show this lot a little later on.

So here is what i currently have sat in the work shop waiting to be finished.

forks look odd in the photo, but i think its the crown which i will be changing as said earlier.

I am waiting on my chain device to turn up and then i can get the drive train in there.

I have got a set of brakes ready to go on here although i am having a few issues. A month or so ago i bought new mounts and had a few spare sets of brakes which i put together and stashed away. Now the old brakes had goodridge lines and the mounts are with them but i can not find them anywhere for toffee! so i can get my brakes set up because i am missing all of the vital parts.

Not cool!

So i will update this thread as the work is done!
