the hubs i have, have different flange sizes due to disc mounts etc.

front wheel: -

rear wheel: -

and i have 4 packs of spokes,

173mm

175mm

178mm

180mm

so.. which packs of spokes go with which rim, and on what size of the rim do they go?

anyone have a clue? lol.

Chuck all the dimensions of the hubs and rims into the DT Swiss Spoke calculator and you'll get them. I would imagine that the bigger 2 will be for the front wheel, shorter 2 for the rear wheel, shorter of each lot will go on the disc side but check them!

You've got a spoke chart somewhere in your order with that info on it. Might be in the Documents Enclosed pouch stapled to your receipt. I saw the sheet though, so it'll be around there somewhere...

BAH! legend! didnt even look. what a noob. thanks mark!
