Luke_zoo
Looks tidy mate. How does it ride? Not too bad, didnt have a go properly only in yard, due to no star nut in forks or Stem lock as Im after a Stem lock for forks and stem, but feels so nice! Luke_zoo
UPDATE. Front vee, Rear brake has ties on as think thred has striped? niped bolt but tiny bit gave little bit more then came loose?
SamKidney
Take said bolt out and chech the bolt threads. If theyre fine, its the frames mounts. Drill out whats left of the threads, tap it a size up from the bolt and whack a helicoil in there. Will return it to its original thread size and be Stronger I had to do this in my Pythons mounts. All 4 had stripped when I bought it (The owner conveniently forgot to mention this) so I helicoiled them. No issues at all!

Ive had my python heilcoiled to m6 but guy who has done it made it look a mess so abit unsure It's a pretty hard job to make it look a mess! Unless you're completely cack handed with a drill.... As long as the mount hole is completely raped you should be able to helicoil it back to its original size and not go up one. Take it to a local engineering firm to see if they'll do it?
