angua
Okay, i have been out of riding for sometime now and im really wanting to get back into it, its mainly due too having a really sore back after every ride. i thought it might have been due to my forks as they feel really low, im riding a trialtech sport forged stem and its 150mm length and 35° rise and my bars are echo flat, im considering buying some high rise bars but i dont really like them. Im about 6ft, if there is anything else i could get to help me when im riding or any tips when riding that would be great, Thanks !
Revolver
I bet you'd be more comfortable on a bigger bike. Anyway, higher, longer stem/bars is the usual fix for this.

Revolver
Dunno about stem but high rise bars like rockbars or inspired bars, I'd say.
haydon_peter
Play around with bar height and angles (roll the bars backwards and forwards) Also badly angled brake levers can cause back problems...

Luke Dunstan
I had this with short frames, moved to a longer frame and problem disappeared pretty quickly.
