JD™
Hey All, Couldn't decide whether this should be here, Chit Chat or Videos, but here will do. I've been mucking around trying to get some clips together for a hopeful video later on in the summer, and I've been using my iPhone 4 so far. Obviously this can record in 720p HD which is nice, but the lens is tiny and I have a feeling that it just doesn't have as good contrast handling. I've got a tripod and made a makeshift steadicam, to try to get rid of some of the problems you get by holding a camera by the lens. Is it worth trying to bodge the contrast and stuff in the editing phase? I guess I'm getting at the fact I can't really afford to buy anything new, but if it's going to make a massive difference for the sake of a couple of hundred quid then I could be convinced. So, what do you use? Does anyone already use the iPhone 4 and got a 'good' result? If you were then able to put a link to a vid you've filmed with that equipment too that'd be awesome. deilsonwheels
I've been using a kodak playsport zx3 with a magnetic wide angle lens attachment. It does 60fps @ 720p, is waterproof and muck-proof (just stick in your pocket) and I got the camera, extra lens, extra battery and 16gb card for about £120. Lens people also do iphone ones.
