Kieran Morrison
Hey, just got some phat pads delivered and wanting to fit them into my Heatsink backings. I pushed one of the phats into one backing and it fit perfect, it will come out if i dig my nail underit but even that takes ages... So do i need glue or not? just to be sure? And how to i get my old pad out of the other backing (one fell out a week ago, so i only have one to take out) I know that you heat it up in a pan but would that not completely melt the pad? And make the backing roasting? Help please, cheers!
dirt jumper jake
Glue it. & i get my old material out by boiling it then clamping the backing in a vice and pull on the material with mole grips.

CalopS
I got mine out by boiling them and just trying to get underneth the pad with a knife (be carefull) then pulling on it with my fingers when there was enough material to get a hold of. RossMcd
Just stick an allan key through the middle hole in the backing and push it out using brute force. Works for me.
