jt123
I was 18-12 when I was mod too. I think it's pretty much the standard ratio.

AndrewG
my friend rode on 18:14 on zoo! lynx and it was really similar to my 18:16 on 26". now he´s riding 18:13 and I can say I´ts same as 18:16 IMO.
Azarathal
I often find 18:12 too light, been considering 18:11, thoughts?
F.N.G
Yes I have got a 18:12. I was just wondering what everyone uses
Alex Dark
18:12 with 165 cranks I found absurdly heavy...
eskimo
18/12 with 170mm cranks. Though i'd happily jump to 19/12 with 170s. But i do like harder gearing. Bare in mind the majority of mod frames are designed for 18/12 and anything else could give some issues with braking alignment and tyre clearance. [edit] Actually i have no idea what i'm chattin. I was riding 18/11 on my mod previously (but that was custom) Edited April 7, 2011 by eskimo
