Self deprecating music for the unpretentious win. That was definitely your best edit yet. You made the visual intuitively and appropriately match with the auditory. And there was a good use of context.

The riding was obviously very good as well.

What codec are you using? It looks a bit washed out like it might be .wmv although that might just be the dull weather you were obviously experiencing.

Anyhow, more, init.

:) Cheers.

Mr. PrecipitationAvian - Music is Roustabout, from the album Collide by Beats Antique. I doctored it a little bit, the original is 4:00.

Ben - Codec is H.264, though it comes out as a .MP4. I don't fully understand what's going on with it all at the moment - but I do agree. Watching the raw clips testifies to this as well. Just sharper and a bit stronger colours. I will experiment before the next one.

.mp4 is only really the wrapper within which the h.264 codec is contained. Another wrapper for h.264 is .mov (which I use) and .flv; and there are probably others. You're obviously going to get some loss of colour and sharpness because you're throwing away some data to reduce the size of the end product. What sort of bitrate are you using? I usually aim for 10,000+ seeing as everyone has broadband these days.

I'm struggling with h.264 at the moment because it creates excessive motion blur. I need to get on the case of resolving that.
