Ross McArthur
Have a gander. Note, rear hub is actually a front hub with rear axle and a bolt on sproket, bolted to the disc tab. http://www.clockworkbikes.com/urban.html
ogre
why the different back hub? and whats going on with the massive chain ring on the freewheel? surely landing on that ring would merk the freewheel anyway?
AdamR28
It's made by a 'regular' MTBer: http://www.clockworkbikes.com/ Saw the build thread on OTN, some interesting concepts/ideas but not really my thing!

Scott Gibbs
Hmm interesting......... I suppose the 20mm bolt through on the back would be mega stiff for trials but other than that cant see it catching on

Since Inspired are bringing out full build versions of Danny’s Orange Inspired with the 20mm axle? I’m certainly looking forward to seeing them. Cheers for the link BTW
Scott Gibbs
12mm on the rear isnt it and 20mm on the front? I dread to think what will cost when (if) its released. Nah i was serious about the 20mm being stiff but i ment the rest wont catch on.
ZeroMatt
That axle on the inspired going to be some proprietary thing? Would be nice to see a Syntace X-12 system on a trials bike and find out how it fares.
Revolver
I wonder how that rear axle works? From one end there is a nut, but on the other end I can't make it out, it doesn't look like anything ordinary.
Clockworkbikes
Thanks for the interest. This bike is somewhat experimental and it allowed me to try some new things. Most notable, the 20mm rear axle, chainstay yoke, dropouts, and Magura mounts. The weather is just starting to warm up here so I'll be able to start riding soon. Both axles are Marzocchi's 20mm Axle More pics here: flikr
