Zeax
From the sounds of it, it sounds like your tyre pressure is too low - try bringing it up a bit? Im the new guy though so i'll leave it to the pros :]
Martin Reynolds
tyre pressure is rider preferance. im quite heavy, so i like a fairly high tyre pressure. a decent tyre (with a thick sidewall, like the try all sticky) will help prevent this, and thicker inner tubes will aswell

CalopS
why is this happening, most of the time the punchers are opposite each other Thats called a snakebite where the rim puts two cutings into the tube. do i need new tubes/tyres because im use innova tyres and tubes that cam on the bike when i bought it. Whats bike is it? I've never heard of these tires. Upgrading them would probably be a good idea Also just try riding smoother if you have a basher style. dirt jumper jake
i ride a stock ;)the tryall sticky is a mod i think "/ but i maybe wrong ? They do it in stock sizing too, i have one. i run about 15psi and only get flattys if i proper rim it, although i would recomend that you run around 20-30psi probably. gu trials
do you keep getting punchers on the front or the back ? front you need: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/20_inch_tyres/maxxis_creepy_crawler_front_20/c42p268.html http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/1920_inch_tubes/echo_19_inch_unboxed/c32p11334.html and that should be fine. Ino that the echo tube is 19" but it will fit the 20" front wheel. rear youl need http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/1920_inch_tubes/kenda_19_dh/c32p10205.html http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/19_inch_tyres/maxxis_creepy_crawler_rear_19/c519p269.html or http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/19_inch_tyres/monty_eagle_claw_19/c519p2079.html

forteh
If youve recently ground your rim, make sure there isnt a burr around the outside of the rim, this will cause more punctures
monkeyseemonkeydo
punchers, punchers punchers It's punctures As has been said, a little extra pressure (try ~25psi to start with judging by your weight) will definitely help but better tyres with thicker, 'armoured' or dual ply sidewalls will also help prevent snakebites.
