kjd4000
Hi, I'm after some forum advice. I'm looking to get back into trials, used to ride 26" now looking at 20" onzas. I have seen 2 that i like the first is a white and blue '09 onza comp, the second being the black and white '10 onza master. Now they are both pretty much brand new the comp £300, the master £500. I have no way of test riding either bike, but i would like to know is the master worth buying or am i just as well saving £200 and getting the comp? Money isn't a problem, but may be a wise forum mamber can enlighten me on any significant differences worth considering, weight, spec etc. Thanks in advance. Jamie_Trials
I'd say the master entirely because I had one http://www.youtube.com/user/jamiemoxon?feature=mhum#p/a/u/2/Za5HSbzJubs Lasted 6 months of hard riding and I wouldn't resist to get one again, great bikes and doesn't really need upgrading. kjd4000
119 views and no ones seems to be able to give me an answer. Am i asking a hard question or are these two bikes not known about by forum members?
JD™
When you look at the specs, there isn't a whole load of difference between the two. Personally, if I was going mod with that choice I'd go with the Comp. It was the top level Onza in 09 (I think) so it's not like it's going to be desperately bad in any place, and you've saved yourself a couple of hundred for parts to your own specification once you've learned a bit more about how to ride mod. Rex-Geo
I would say the Onza Comp, my friend has one to start of his trials biking and its done him well, so if your coming back into trials then i reckon the comp is a good way forward for you.
