well to get my front disks to lock in need to tighten the pads on the opposite side to the brake arm, and that makes it harder to pedal

and i was wondering if any one new how to get it to lock and not have the pads very tight

thanks for the reply

when i got my first onza, i had the same problem as you. Just spend some time to adjust it, and what i noticed in my brake was the bearings in the caliper had kept coming loose and sometimes actually falling out of place . So if you can, try adjusting it loads and it all works out fine, but if your having what i had with my brake then i suggest getting a new caliper.
