JDStrials
well to get my front disks to lock in need to tighten the pads on the opposite side to the brake arm, and that makes it harder to pedal and i was wondering if any one new how to get it to lock and not have the pads very tight thanks for the reply
6ft-midget
Firstly, what disc brake are you running. You shouldn't have to have the brake dragging to get it to lock.

Rex-Geo
when i got my first onza, i had the same problem as you. Just spend some time to adjust it, and what i noticed in my brake was the bearings in the caliper had kept coming loose and sometimes actually falling out of place . So if you can, try adjusting it loads and it all works out fine, but if your having what i had with my brake then i suggest getting a new caliper.
