We just built this up for a customer of our's. I <3 red bikes! Weighs in at 8.04kg which is pretty decent considering there's virtually no ti on there (apart from the Echo SL bashplate bolts)...

In what sense? They've been really popular for a long, long time, and rule on mods.

Well you know how a lot of people switched to front vee for a while - kinda like that.

I know they've been popular. What I mean is, like do you think it will the "in thing" this year?

I'm so crap at explaining stuff, hope you can see what i mean.

In a way yeah, but if you look at most comp 20" bikes they're dual disc, and more and more street riders are doing it too. It just makes sense on 20" wheels. I don't think it'll completely take over just because it's more expensive and a lot of people seem to like spending money on brake pads every 2 weeks to try out the latest compounds :P

wow cant believe how smart the bike looks , even better than i thought , just like to say a huge thanks to adam @ tartybikes and the lads for all their hard work in building it so quick and getting the pics up , going to give it its first ride on sunday and really looking forward to it.

probably a stupid question, but how comes it makes more sense to use a disk on a 20"bike rather than maggy?
