Scott Gibbs
To be honest buddy trial and error is the way you'll find what works for you. As what works for 1 rider wont nessicerily work for another. Alot of riders like hope brakes up front where as i hate hope discs just personal preferance. BradJohnson
magura's are unbelieveable and there cheap i payed £60 for the 2011 hs11 with clam clamps and evo2 adaptor. get the 2011 hs11/hs33 with tnn pads and a booster if needed it will be the best brake you have used i swear. SamKidney
05 Magura Hs33, 4 finger lever water bleed TNN clamp and booster system TNN Lgms. HARSH grind! Win
Luke Dunstan
V brakes are more powerful, I used some with Phat pads and they were unbelievable. BB7 up front. Just because a brake is hydraulic doesn't mean it is the best.

isitafox
There are far too many variables to be able to define what the best brakes are, it's just what works for each person.
