Switching

Hi guys, recently all my mates have been learning to switch so i thought i would give it a go. i switched 3 palets the other day but was just wandering if you can kick when you switch, is that allowed? i don't kick but i was wandering if it was allowed?

Yeah you can kick, some people do and some dont.

So, when is tonights ride happening? Thought you were leaving at 7? :L

Darren Kennedy - the boy who takes 2 hours to put a wheel on. Litteraly.

Yeah i dont kick but i dont think it matters to be honest, might make it easier but you are good not kicking! Keep at it

If this is what I think it is, you shouldn;t be kicking. When you get over about 400mm you won't be able to kick and you'll have to relearn the technique.

Think the only exception to the rule I've seen is Rich Pearson, can wheelswap like a beast and kicks a bit, Rainbird does a little kick too.
