Front wheel on an object - back wheel on ground, hop forward onto the object that your front wheel is on, and hop onto your back wheel
N.Wood
If this is what I think it is, you shouldn;t be kicking. When you get over about 400mm you won't be able to kick and you'll have to relearn the technique.

Franksx2005
I thought we called this 'pigeon'? Ive always called it a wheels swap, supose everyone has its own name for it. By the way, its alright kicking when its low but when you get higher you wont be able to!

Think the only exception to the rule I've seen is Rich Pearson, can wheelswap like a beast and kicks a bit, Rainbird does a little kick too.
