Miles Mallinson
This is my newish Fourplay, my Ashton broke so decided to buy this off Stan Shaw off here. Had a little ride around on it tonight and it already feels alot better than my Ashton just feels chunkier. It still needs a few things sorted out on it like, I'm going to paint the rear rim black just so its even more stealth and new pedals are needed some trialtechs will do nicely I think (but that will happen after I repay my mum for this) and yes my shed is very messy at the moment! multi tasking male
looks great what happened to your effect frame ? and what do these ride like in comparison ? chris
Miles Mallinson
Not sure really I think the dropouts either bent or stretched then the wheel just came off whilst 180ing off something. I haven't really got a chance to ride it properly yet as soon as I built it up it started raining but had a small raz around on it the geometry is slightly different but feels the alot chunkier which is good also as you know the derailleur hangers on ashtons are terrible so now I can run a proper tensioner. Miles Mallinson
im jelous had a chance to ride it yet ? chris Yeh ridden it abit feels good just need some new forks I think these Identiti's are pretty heavy and don't look that good but they are ok for now until I've payed my mum for this. nice to see it being put to use boy you have some good engineering skills, i wouldnt know where to start when bodging stuff :L Luckily I had a old tensioner that had some similar parts to the try all one, a shaped spoke and some ramdom spacers did the job fine.
