I need to change the cups on my try all BB but don't know how your supposed to remove the one thats on there. I assume it has something to do with removing the axle and/or bearings but can anyone point me in the right direction??

Remove the non-drive cup, pull off the axle spacers. Gently clamp in a vice by the drive side cup and tap the axle out. Sorted. Need to change my drive side cup as the tool interface died when i tired unscrewing it on one of the freezing days a few months back. Where are you getting a spare cup from?
