Aidan97
I've been trying to get up 7 pallets by landing on my bashguard but i've been wondering if there's an easier way to get up them.
bikeperson45
Pedal ups Bunnyhops Rolling up Up to front Frenchie Sidehop Hooks None are easy, you just need to learn the techniques and you can do so by going to this website - http://www.trashzen.com/ Edited February 26, 2011 by bikeperson45
CalopS
Using your bashplate to get onto something is so 2002 Try get onto 6 instead without your bashplate. It will be more impressive!

isitafox
Not 100% sure if I'm right but I think its when you go up to front on something and then kind of roll your wheel forward to transfer to rear without using your brake. Gaz96
Yes, a frenchie is a brakeless front wheel swap
Miles Mallinson
Try a little kicker or a block of wood it boosts you up quite alot not sure if its cheating though.

Using bash guard is a cheat within itself All methods easier said than done but persistance is the key I would say...
isitafox
I'd definately say lose a few pallets and practice getting up to rear then build up from there. The bash should be thought of as more of a safe guard than a tool for climbing, it's not like the old days where going straight to bash was the norm! Speak for yourself. we dont all have to ride uci style. I personally love going to bash or to pedal, even if I can get up another way instead. isitafox
Trust me I'm far from uci, I just try to push myself to get to rear rather than use my bash all the time in a (very lame) bid to improve my riding. There's a severe lack of decent riding round here so I just have to work with what's available.
