isitafox
http://wiki.trials-forum.co.uk/index.php/Main_Page Tom's been promising a link on the main page for months but I'm still waiting for it to appear, still comes in handy for a few odd bits! tomturd
I've been thinking about converting it over to an integrated system for aaaages but never got round to it. In fact, I thought it might be a good idea to try and build up a "Trials Manual", the wiki has most of the info, its just fairly confusing to find it as it is. What do people think of that? It'd be wiki style (anyone can edit), but seperated out into Chapters/Sections, eg: 1. Introduction to Bike Trials 2. Bikes a) Mod Stock c) 24 3. Riding a) Natural Street 4. Workshop a) how to fit a headset. brake setup ...... And so on. Maybe the option to download the whole lot as .pdf.
Sam T
Sounds really good. Edit: Being able to download it also would be sweet! Edited February 26, 2011 by Sam T
LukasMcNeal
Sounds good, alot of the stuff in there really needs up dating with clearer pictures. I'd be up for doing a little guide for tooling, like a few pictures and explanations of simple/useful tools that will be needed such as allen keys, crank extractor, bb tool etc
isitafox
Sounds good, has come in useful for me in the past when I've been looking up geo for some of the older zoo and echo frames. Would be good to see it have a refresh and hopefully get people back into adding to and editing it. Stuff like Muels how to guide for making a disc brake mount was a good idea, could do with people making step by step guides to things like custom tensioners, which tyres are worth modifying, frame mods, etc...
