Cloud 9 Bash Bolts Coming Loose

Howdyyyy

Recently bought a cloud 9 bash rode with it fitted properly today.... after a while i noticed a slight creaking sound to look at my b.b area to see all of the cloud 9 bolts were pretty much nearly loose... so i tightened them up as tight as possible... same problem again.... -.-

My only concern on resolving this is maybe putting some threadlock onto the bolts?

Has anyone come across this problem before?

Hi Andy,

As Ed says, the bolts should have "Threadlock" added to them before you screw them in, and the same goes for the lockring. The general purpose threadlock used in most bike applications will be fine. Check out the installation instructions here. This document is also linked at the top of the Cloud9 bashkit page of the HeatsinkBikes website :)

I hope the Cloud9 is impressing and revitalising your Middleburns!

Steve
