WIGAN ??
ok so i bought a new rim and spokes yeasterday and in a rush to get it built up fast iv laced it wrong, whats happened is instead of each spoke going left, right, left, right, mine go left left, right right, left left, right right, its crossed fine and thers no spokes poking through the top of the rim, iv built enough wheels so i know how to do it right but because it was pretty much a brand new wheel there was no major trueing involved so i didnt even notice it till it was on the bike and i was just doing some minor ajustments, i will get round to fixing it when i can be botherd but do you lot think it will be alright to ride for the time being or will it just collapse the first dropgap it sees ?? dunno if you can make it out but here's a pic anyway Edited February 17, 2011 by WIGAN ?? AdamR28
To be honest I would re-build it before riding.
