Rafal
Hi, I've had break from trials since october 2010 which was my longest break. My black sky frame was wait for build and i was going to sleep last night when i saw parts on the bed from nowhere. The girl must love me lol. It's the most incredible and unpredicted gift i've ever got I put temporarily mtb front wheel cause the try all hub is non-disc. We have to replace it. Other than that everything works almost perfect. Should be hard for girl to order all things without experience, so i'm proud of her I never was magura's fan so have to figure out other mounts cause these echo tr sucks. One cylinder is perfect parallel, other one not even close and no regulation of course. I hope the standard cylinder washers works with dengura's ? The stem which claimed to from 125mm to 115 rides very well by the way. Ok i'm going to ride! It's valentine's day so maybe the bike have something to do with it ;-)

STEVE-0
Looks gorgeous but the pad situation is comical! Do you need a different cog ratio and longer chain?
Rafal
i have 18:16 ratio and dont wanna change it so thats the problem. I will buy standard magura's mounts and grind the pads a little. When chain will stretch a little then i'll buy new pads
Paperclip
Looks gorgeous but the pad situation is comical! Do you need a different cog ratio and longer chain? I had this EXACT problem building my Koxx up, I tried too set them up with echo tr clamp's and had half the pad hanging off, I then used a pair of the new Tryall cnc clamp's I never thought it would have made such a difference however I now have my brakes set up bang on with the rim and have my bolts dead in the centre of the clamps!! I'd recommend this too anyone, there also such a good fit up too the echo's.

ghostrider88
Doh! thats a bit obvious mate, I was wondering why it suits some better. Because the bike with 15t sprocket and 170mm cranks feels lazy somehow to me,with 16t it´s more agile especially fro gaps and ups with short runup. Matt Vandart
BTW TRA,Damon and other great riders ride 18:16 too ;-) I used to ride it on my echo control. Not sure if I understand your question, but longer leverage of the crank makes it feel lighter.Isn´t that obvious? Well it feels better for like side hops and static stuff gaps and shit but for rolling stuff, up to back wheel, taps, rolling gaps it feels pants. ghostrider88
I found it pretty decent for rolling gaps and even taps, but I´m not doing them at very high(relative) speed, but I agree that this could be a minus.
nyoli
does anyone knows which are the brake clamps that allow more vertical movement ? I have the same problem on my speed race solo 2010 frame with tensile brake clamps Edited February 19, 2011 by nyoli

Alex Dark
Maybe you don´t know how to gap properly?Post a vid ooooh I run 18:16 because I have wee legs, shortly changing to 16:14 for a tiny bit more power. Bike looks amazing, and you have one hell of a girlfriend!

dirt jumper jake
Maybe you don´t know how to gap properly?Post a vid I do, but i cant get enough power down with 18 - 16 cos its so low, just prefer 18 -15. different people have different setups... Well, when you gap properly ,you need to gain speed quickly, and for me it´s pretty much impossible to do that with 18:15 ratio, and I´m quite strong and also heavy rider...
