They won't if your careful, when you take the lockring off and the bearing ring out, you get the springs and pawls that are still sprug, and if you get something small and go really gently, you can take them out with no trouble...

No special tools needed.

The lockring thread is 'normal' (clockwise tighten, anti-clockwise loosen).

No specific tools needed. If you can find something with a thin end that will go into one of the holes in the lockring, and tap it so the ring rotates anticlockwise. The lock ring will come off.

Once the lock ring is off, you will have to remove the bearings, then either one or two shims that keep the pawls and springs in place when the lockrings tight. (Make sure these are put in correctly afterwards). You will now be able to see the pawls and springs.

Without removing any, give it a spray with some light oil and give it a wipe.

You will now be able to see which pawls are causing the problems, and replace them accordingly.

problem fixed . completly cleaned it out two of the springs were snaped an one of the tensiles where messed up because of it . so they have been replace an regreased with Weldtite TF2 Lithium . now working realy smooth an loud clicking is back :) i notests there were 4 flat spacers holding the spings an tensiles in . would it be possible to remove one to get a better fiting on the bearings or is that a bad idea ?

Bad Idea.

Just rebuild it the same as it was before you pulled it apart :)
