Edit: and a stock frame that have an assigned chain and an assigned number of chain links to fit perfectly, with the option of having a seperate tensioner when the chain stretches? Just a thought... Edit 2: Carrying on from the first part and the second I suppose.. do the chain thing for mods too, which would set the wheel perfectly in line with the mounts that are fixed to the frame? Just another thought.... Edited February 12, 2011 by Julius Czar

Matt Vandart
Stay on topic please. ROFL There a few problems with this kind of topic. 1: As stated somewhere above, there is already a topic about this, so people are gonna come wading in because you have managed to make yourself look a bit stoopid from the beginning. 2: Manufacturers know what makes money and what will not, so just because one or 2 people say they will want something does not mean they will actually buy it or that other people will see it as a good idea. 3: All sorts of wacky ideas are going to come up on here by People that have no idea of manufacturing and marketing. 4: People reading this that have a good idea of manufacturing and marketing will NOT give up ideas that they have had themselves just in case they pull their finger out of their bum one day and make/market it themselves, there are a number of people on here including myself like this. You should have started a topic like 'What do you think you would need at a comp? Or what would you like to buy at a comp?' Your Idea of selling stuff at comps IS a very good one. I am guessing your problem is suppliers, seeing as Tarty Bikes has that pretty much tied up in the trials market, you have a small number of companies to deal with. If these companies you are referring to, are not making many products then you are essentially buggered because they either know that there is no point in them making more products, they don't have the investment capital, or if they cannot come up with these ideas themselves then the product will not be the best it can be. That is my opinion on the subject. If you want a suggestion and you are communicating with these manufacturers then just keep an eye on the other topic and highlight the good stuff to the manufacturers and if you dont like what people are saying stay professional and hold your tongue/fingers, you may be only doing damage to you original business idea. By the way, people would probably buy 'TNN foam grips' even if they are exactly the same a trial tech ones, people pay over the odds all the time for 'branded products' just look at pedals for evidence of this. Matt Vandart
Good question. My guess is injection moulded with plenty of air?
dannytrialskid
Good question. My guess is injection moulded with plenty of air? I wasn't going on about what people want to sell at comps, because I'm not doing that anymore, not for the moment anyway. Just forget the topic
