Laurence--Trials
I'm getting close to my birthday again and wanted a new frame, i currently have the zoo long (1020,55,362) and thinking about getting the echo 2011 (1020,80,351) On my zoo i find it hard to do fast rolling gaps and vertical taps due to of not being able to pull the front up fast enough. I was wondering if this was the effect of the reasonably long 'stays or the reach, which is why i considered the echo (if it was the stays) also how could the change in geo effect my up to fronts and side hops. By the look of the geo it seems a fairly TGSy frame? (long?) If someone was to offer me to consider a different frame it'd have to have max 355 stays and 70-75 BB (none of the onza frames) Thanks in advance. EDIT: While im here.. i swere someone posted a picture of an echo lite they had brought on bike pictures, wouldn't mind taking another look, but cant find it? LukasMcNeal
I think this would suit http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/20_inch_frames/onza_comp_2010/c36p11263.html It has a +70bb and 350mm stays. The length is also 1000mm where as TGS frames are usually above 1025mm.
Sam T
(1020,80,351) Sounds fairly 'compy' to me.
Laurence--Trials
Sorry want to stay away from the onza frames. Dont like them that much. TGS frames are usually above 1025mm. I wanted a TGSy frame. and im short, so it counts (A)
