thornabytrials.co.uk Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 the HS33 on my bike seem sticky, pull the brake and the pads dont seem to go back, and also the lever is really slow at returning, ive re bled but to no avail... any ideas? nb88 Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 You can pull each piston out using pliers (gently) then clean and oil them. Also a good idea to flush the bleed through a few times. I much prefer a water bleed and haven't had any problems with the same water bled brakes over the 5 years I've had it, so recommend doing that too.By pull pistons out, I mean slightly, don't yank them completely out!
